| Rheumatoid Arthritis (ARRY) |
| Metroplex Clinical Research Center is currently seeking participants to join a clinical research study for people with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). If you have been diagnosed with RA for at least 3 months and have recieved a stable dose of methotrexate for at least 1 month, you may eligible to participate. Qualified participants will receive study-related medication and care at no cost, and will be paid for their time. |
| Rheumatoid Arthritis - Phase 1 single dose (801) |
| Is your Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) under control on your current medical regimen? If not, you may be able to participate in a Phase 1 study for people with RA, on a stable dose of Methotrexate and Prednisone or NSAIDS. Only one dose will be administered. This is a 16 week, 14 visit study in which qualified participants will receive study-related health assessments at no charge, will receive investigational medication (or Placebo) and will be compensated for participation. |
| Are you overweight and suffer from Osteoarthritis of the knee? (DMOAD) |
| We are conducting a clinical research study of an investigational medication for Osteoarthritis. Are you over 40 and overweight? Most days do you experience knee pain, stiffness, or aching? If so, you may qualify to participate. |
| Lupus Nephritis - BELONG |
| Do you have Systemic Lupus Erythmatosis; Are you 18 or older; Do you have biopsy proven kidney involvement to your Lupus? If so, you may qualify to participate in a clinical research study. |
| Osteoarthritis/Rheumatoid Arthritis and Heart Disease (Precision) |
| We are conducting a research study of three approved medications commonly used to treat pain associated with osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in people who also have or are at high risk for heart disease. You may qualify if you are over the age of 18 and diagnosed with Osteoarthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis; and you have controlled diabetes mellitis, heart disease, arterial disease or are at risk of cardio-vascular disease. Medical exams and labs and study medicaition will be provided at no cost and compensation for time and travel will be provided. |
| RA - TNF failure on stable Methotrexate (BCDG[a]) |
| Are you experiencing an inadequate response to your TNF-alpha therapy after at least 3 months of continuous treatment? If you are between 18 and 75 years of age and have Rheumatoid Arthritis, you may qualify to participate in this clinical research study. Medicine and medical care provided at not cost. Also, compensation for time and travel expenses may be provided. |
| RESTART - RA on Methotrexate and inadequate respon |
| If you are over 18, been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, currently taking Methotrexate and are having an inadequate response to Etanercetp (ENBREL) or Adalimumab (HUMIRA), you may qualify to participate in a 30-week study. You will receive medical care and medicine at no cost to you. Compensation is available to cover travel expenses. |
| Have you been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (W 1000) |
| You may qualify to participate in an 11-month, phase one study. You can not have taken any b-cell depleting or b-cell targeting agents. This is a single dose, first in humans study to evaluate the safety, tolerablility as well as ADME (absorbtion, distribution, metabolism and excretion) of new compound for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Compensation is available for time and travel for qualified participants. |
